1. 1on1 Coaching fee will $650/session(venue fee included). 1on2 coaching may receive a discount.
2. 1 session is usually an hour, excluding cardio and warm up.
3. Coaching location can either be in Prince Edward, Diamond hill or Central.
4. For Central, bulk purchase of min. 10 sessions is required due to venue renting policies. For other locations, it can paid per session.
5. I specialise in strength training and body transformations. As a powerlifter myself, I emphasise progressively using free weights with good form instead of relying on machines.
6. I will provide you a general diet plan based on your goal. In return, please be honest, stick to the plan and keep track of your food intake.
